Kolab was born at TechChange, a team with 15 years of experience running live, cohort-based programs around the world. After convening over a million facilitators, educators, and community leaders, we saw a clear pattern: most digital platforms drain energy instead of creating connection.
So we built Kolab - by facilitators, for facilitators - to honor how people actually gather and connect.
